Louise has been involved in primary and early years education for the last 10 years. She has experience in day school and home schooling. I originally spoke with Louise on the phone while she was in South Africa, 6 or so years ago. I had received her CV and was very impressed with her commitment to Christ and servant heart. I remember praying to God as I hung up the phone, “Lord, I would love to work with Louise”, she would have been such an asset to the DE team I was Head of at the time...
Many years later after Louise had moved to Queensland and completed her retraining, God who hears our prayers, has provided the opportunity for Louise to join the Jubilee Alan Program team as a Full Time Teacher. As you can imagine, I am amazed at God’s provision and I am enjoying the strengths Louise has brought to our team.

“I have a strong heart for seeing students receive a solid Christian based education that will grow them as persons, not just academically. I believe that I have failed as a Christian educator if the students under my care achieve excellent marks academically but are not introduced to Jesus.
Outside school my special interests include music, art and God's beautiful creation, especially the wildlife. I am blessed to be married to a hard-working South African whose love for God is evident in his everyday dealings with others.
My favourite book would be The Courage to Teachby Parker Palmer as it challenges me to be more than just an educator and to follow my passion for teaching. Above all, who I am and what I've achieved is unimportant. What counts is that God chose me as His child and everything I do I aim to do for His glory.”
Kind regards
